Why Quarry Trails Park Is One of the Best Places for Senior Pictures in Columbus
Senior pictures at Quarry Trails Park felt especially meaningful this year because I had the chance to photograph Croy, a senior at Upper Arlington High School. I’ve known him since he was three months old. I still remember meeting him and his mom, Rita, at Kauffman Park in Dublin. We exchanged numbers that day and have stayed close ever since.
My son, Luca, is one month older than Croy, and my daughter, Olivia, is the same age as Croy’s brother, Spencer. We spent their early years doing everything together. Parks, Graeters, library story times, Chuck E Cheese, playgroups every single day. So many of my favorite memories as a mom happened with this family. Now here we are, taking Croy’s senior photos. He plays football for Upper Arlington, and Olivia cheers on the Varsity team, so it has been a full circle moment to watch them both out on the field.
