It’s been so wonderful capturing Lyla’s 1st year. I always enjoy seeing her and her Mom for every milestone session. I feel like I’ve made a nice friendship with them! I was so excited when we talked about ideas for her 1 year milestone session. I’ve always wanted to do a shabby chic type session with a naked cake and flowers. This turned out so adorable. Lyla was so dainty with the cake but she also wasn’t afraid to just take a bite without using her hands! I am so glad I was able to capture some of those shots. I hope she had the most amazing time at her party. I am so glad she’ll be able to cherish her first year with 3 beautiful keepsake albums from each of her milestones.
