Remember sweet little Riya? I had the pleasure of capturing her precious moments during her newborn session, and now, a whole year has flown by! Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to reunite with Riya and her parents for her milestone cake smash photoshoot in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

It was truly amazing to see how much Riya has grown since her newborn session. She’s transformed into a bright-eyed, curious little one, full of personality. One of the highlights of the session was capturing her adorable expressions as she explored her first birthday cake! Her determination and focus, sprinkled with a touch of mischievousness, resulted in some truly priceless photographs.
A Special Bond: Riya and Happy
During our conversation, Riya’s parents mentioned how she shares a special bond with their dog, Happy. Happy, who also graced Riya’s newborn photos, continues to be a loving companion. They shared that Riya gives kisses just like Happy, and their social media posts showcase their heartwarming friendship.
