I was so excited when Megan emailed me several months ago that she was pregnant! I love working with this family. Julien is from France and I love that he is always speaking French to his kids. They even got married in France, so romantic! They both are veterinarian’s at The Ohio State University and live in Upper Arlington.
I captured their daughter’s newborn photos, Charlotte, and look how much she’s grown since then. I remember Charlotte was wide awake most of her session and I remember we really wanted to get a shot of her in a prop but she would not go to sleep so they decided to give her a little car ride, she fell asleep immediately and they came back and we were able to get the prop shot like they wanted! Well, Oliver was the same! LOL He arrived wide awake and I even swaddled him in 3 swaddles and he still was wide awake. We did get a few posed and sleepy shots, but it reminded me of Charlotte’s session. I almost told his Mom to take him for a little car ride, too! 😉 Here are some of my favorite shots from the session:
