The Anderson Family from Hilliard were so great to work with. Mallory was such a tiny peanut and liked being awake for most of the session. We got some great images and one of my favorites is of her wide awake making great eye contact. I loved that one of Dad’s favorite is when she was in a pose, woke up and stretched her leg out while looking at me. I love adding those unexpected images to my clients sessions, they always love them!
My favorite part of this newborn session was doing the sibling/family portraits. Owen was a ham and I loved it! I couldn’t narrow down their sibling shots because both Owen and Mallory’s facial expressions were adorable in every shot. I also thought it was hilarious when I told Owen that we were just going to take a “couple of shots” of him and his sister. He said “I don’t want want to get a shot!” I realized that I shouldn’t use the word shot when speaking to siblings, but once I corrected myself he was all for taking his portraits! 😉
