The Tressler Family is another one of my very favorite clients to work with! I’ve been working with them ever since their firstborn, Wyatt, was born. I did ALL of his milestone sessions – 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, 18 month and 2 year sessions. I was so excited to capture their newest addition to the family for a newborn session. In addition, I captured all their family sessions in between and even their sister’s wedding as they gave my photography services as their wedding gift. They value photography and the importance of capturing these fleeting moments.
In the past three years, my business model has changed. I found out the hard way, when I first started my business several years ago,that it was not sustainable for me and my family. With the increasing costs of equipment, props, new studio, full-time assistant, continuing education cost and many ongoing costs of running a business including taxes, I had to increase my pricing. I did lose a lot of great clients because of the change, unfortunately, but I’ve also have had such amazing loyal clients that continue to support me, my business and my family which I am very grateful for.
I am so happy they loved their images. This was the first time that I was ever able to see their reaction to the images I created for them as I used to not do a reveal appointment when I captured all of Wyatt’s images. I loved how happy they were with all the images, especially the sibling shots. I also have Wyatt all over my walls and I took down one of his canvases and tried to replicate a similar bucket pose shot so we can see how much Wyatt and Cecelia look alike. It was neat to do this and they really do look a lot alike, what do you think?
